I blend many healing modalities to create a wonderful, synergistic healing, & give you tools to work with on your own as well. As a Holistic Wellness Coach, I blend Aromatherapy, EFT/Meridian Tapping, Reiki, Hypnosis, Relaxation, Ionic Foot Bath Detox, Body Systems Approach to Holistic Health, Personalized CDs. I'm also a Certified Instructor of many of these modalities, as one of my passions is teaching.

Principles of these Relaxation/Healing CDs

I began creating CDs for myself to assist in my own personal healing. Then, friends heard them, wanted them, and were willing to pay for them. Many friends said that the recordings take them to a whole new level in their relaxation (used during reflexology, etc.)

These CDs are created to help reach your subconscious mind, helping to create a new Mindset. This helps you achieve results by releasing your limiting/negative beliefs and thoughts, and accepting new possibilities, new thoughts, helping to re-program your cells and creating a new memory in your cells, mind and heart. These things help us heal - possibly emotionally first, then physically and of course, spiritually.

All of the CDs that I create and record include a relaxation track with simultaneous voices. There is the visualization relaxation process, 1 or 2 background sounds (1 may be a voice singing faintly), and a voice in the background repeating affirmations or a healing mantra, and possibly a white noise (nature, windchimes, etc).

These CDs are a wonderful way to begin your healing, then to continue supporting your healing to any level you can accept. Best listened to with headphones.
